You get to workout in a designated training area in our 14000 square feet facility that happens to be the Northeast’s most well equipped Strength & Conditioning Gym. With over 24 fixed sessions to choose from including a range of early morning, lunchtime and evening sessions available you å don’t have an excuse to miss a workout again.

You’ll either train 2 or 3 times per week with a trainer who will coach you on how to lift weights correctly so that you get the most from every workout. Our sessions are based around Strength Training, Muscle Hypertrophy (building/tone) and Fat Loss. You’ll soon learn proper lifting technique for all the key functional movements such as deadlift, overhead press and squats leaving you feeling fitter stronger and faster!
