We currently run 14 bootcamp training sessions each week across our two locations. One at our Walbottle Campus and the other in house, here at The Fitness Rooms in Benton.

These sessions are suitable for all fitness level allowing you to work to your own capacity 3 times per week (Total of 12 sessions over 4 consecutive weeks). The purpose of the training is to push you out of your comfort zone so that you take your fitness to the next level.

Our sessions NEVER get boring; they include body weight exercise such as press ups, squats and burpees, kettle bell and boxing training, battle rope exercise, sleds, prowlers, sprints, and much much more!

The larger sized groups, up to 25 people ensures you have an encouraging and motivating atmosphere, one that WILL push you that little bit further. All of our Personal Trainers practice what they preach and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you meet your fitness goals.
